The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under: —

1. That the plaintiff carries on the business of commission agent of grains at.....................

2. That the defendant appointed the plaintiff as his commission agent for the purchase and sale of grain under the instructions of the former and agreed to pay .................... per cent commission of the sales effected through the plaintiff on behalf of the defendant. Interest at the rate of.................... per cent was also agreed on any sums spent by the plaintiff for such purchases.

3. That the defendant instructed the plaintiff to purchase.................... quintals of wheat and keep them with the latter until further instructions.
