The Hon'ble Judge of the aforesaid Court.

 

The humble complainant most humbly showeth as under:

 

1.  That the Hon'ble Court was pleased to take cognizance of the non-compoundable offences under Sections 324 and 325, I.P.C. against the accused on .............

 

2.  That subsequently both the complainant and the accused have reached at an amicable settlement of the dispute between them on the intervention of common friends and well-wishers.

 

3.   That in the aforesaid circumstances the complainant does not intend to prosecute the accused any more.

 

4.  That no final order has been passed in the aforesaid case.

 

5.  That the aforesaid case cannot be compromised without the permission of the Hon'ble Court.

 

 

PRAYER

 

It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the complainant to compromise the above case and may also fie pleased to acquit the accused.[CD2]
