The abovenamed plaintiff most respectfully submits as under:

 

1.   The Plaintiff is the absolute owner of .................. (describe the property).

2.   The defendant is in possession of the same under a lease from the plaintiff.

3.   The defendant has cut down a number of valuable trees detailed in the Schedule annexed hereto, and threatens to cut down many more for the purpose of sale without the consent of the plaintiff.

4.   The defendant has caused a damage of Rs. ................. by cutting the trees aforementioned and apprehends further more waste.

5.   The cause of action arose on ................... 20 ........................ when the defendant cut the tree for the first time without consent of the plaintiff, and this Court has jurisdiction to try the suit.

6.   The plaintiff gave a registered notice to the defendant to pay compensation aforementioned to the plaintiff and to restrain himself from continuing such waste any more. This notice was received by the defendant on .................... 20 ....... but no reply is given by him.
