above named plaintiff most respectfully submits as under :

The plaintiff let his furniture articles, detailed in the Schedule hereto, to
the defendant at occasion of the marriage of his daughter, he ....................

The defendant deposited Rs. .................... as advance for the hire.

The defendant did not however return the articles let on hire to him for six
days, and as such the hire money aforesaid plus damages for keeping the
articles for three days more occurred to be Rs.

oral and not written. But while delivery of the articles of the defendant it
was entered in the register of delivery with the rate of hire against each
article and in the particular column the defendant signed in token of the
delivery of the said articles on hire.

The plaintiff demanded the hire money aforesaid plus damages aforesaid on............,
which the defendant refused to pay on the allegation that the rate of nie was
excessive.
