P.M. the plaintiff alighted at the Junction, he found the luggage missing, it either had been mis-delivered to somebody else at some other station or, lost due to the negligence of the employees of the Railway concerned, and the plaintiff suffered a loss of Rs. .................. at the hands of the Railway employees.
