I do hereby give you the following notice as in the succeeding paragraphs.

1. That by my letter dated ......................... I had communicated to you my offer to supply to you ............ quintals of rice (Basmati) at a price of ..... per quintal.

2. That due to (give reasons) I am not in a position to supply to you the said quantity of rice (Basmati).

3. That since you had not so far signified your assent to the said hereby revoke my offer for supply of the said quantity of rice.
