We, A, son of …………B, son of …………C, son of …………D, son of ……being members of a joint Hindu family declare as follows:

 

WHEREAS we constitute a joint Hindu family along with Shri E and we are joint in food, worship and estate and we reside at .................... jointly.

 

AND WHEREAS the said E has purchased the property fully mentioned and described in the Schedule hereto hereinafter called the said property vide Deed of Conveyance dated …………executed between M of the ONE PART and said E of the OTHER PART for a sum of Rs

AND WHEREAS the said property was purchased by the said E with his own money and without any aid or contribution from the joint Hindu family funds or its estate and the said E has thrown the said property in the joint family property.

 

AND WHEREAS the releasors have agreed to disclaim the said property to avoid any dispute or difference in future.

 

AND WHEREAS such disclaimer is also necessary so as to safeguard the future interest of the said E and his legal representatives.

 

NOW KNOW YE ALL BY THIS DECLARATION, we the said A, B, C and D declare and confirm that the said property is the personal property of the said E and disclaim all our rights, claims, interest and title in the said property and every part thereof absolutely and forever.
