CRIMINAL COMPLAINT UNDER SECTIONS 406 AND 420 READ WITH SECTION 120-B OF THE INDIAN PENAL CODE, 1860.

 

Respected Sir,

The abovenamed complainant most respectfully submits as under: -

1. That the Complainant is a businessman and is a peace living citizen. (Set out herein the complaint)

All the accused have committed offences under various sections of Indian Penal Code by misrepresenting and thereafter duping the complainant of a sum of Rs.................... The accused have committed offences under sections 420, 426 read with section 120-B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 particularly when they were not owners of the property agreed to be sold by them.

 

PRAYER

It is therefore most respectfully prayed that the accused Nos. 1 and 2 be summoned and tried for the aforesaid offences in accordance with law and punished as per law.
