Most respectfully showeth:

1. That First party owns and possesses a piece of land, an orchard, situated in the village................. .......... of this district. The plot No. 7 orchard is.... . It is recorded as a plot of first party in the revenue record/ municipal record.

2. That second party has no concern or interest or any right in the said plot of grchard. But the member of 2nd party is out-right trying or bent upon to create trouble to the first party in the latter's peaceful possession and enjoyment of products of the said ordered by illegal intrusion on the part of the orchard.

3. That the attitude and illegal and unwarranted acts of second party are likely to cause a breach of peace in respect of first party's legal possession and occupation of the said orchard which second party had never been possession.

 

PRAYER

 It is most humbly prayed that proceeding u/s 145 Cr.P.C. be initiated aga the second party and second party be forbidden from creating any disturband defacto possession of the said orchard by first party.
