Most respectfully showeth:

1. That opposite party AP has initiated proceeding against present petitioner (xyz) u/s/107 Cr.P.C. and the matter is pending adjudication, date fixed on.....

2. That actual fact is that petitioner is not at fault for petitioner has obtained sanction from Local Municipal Authorities and a copy of the same is placed for perusal.

3. That the actual fault lies to opposite party who has been living at the place given above in un-authorised locality to which no sanction for construction of house approved as the area is enmarked for Local Shopping Complex and the war constructed by petitioner as alleged by opposite party is the boundary of shopping complex coming up.

Petitioner accordingly prays that opposite party be proceeded against um Section 107 Cr.P.C. creating disturbance and disturbing peace and tranquim such period or deem fit by the Hon'ble court in the circumstances.
