Sir.

It is most respectfully submitted as under:

1. That the defendant has admitted in his written statement the receipt of cheques in question by him from the plaintiff, but he has to reply the W.S. whether he cashed these cheques from the consumer bank.

2. That it is expedient that statement of the defendant may be taken in this connection so that unnecessary wastage of time of the court to prove encashment of the cheque through bank employees and harassment of the plaintiff may be saved.

PRAYER

 It is, therefore, most respectfully prayed that statement of the plaintif , R, 2 C.P.C. may be recorded and then the statement of the plaintiff and his with may be recorded.
