 I, the undersigned A, etc. hereby give you notice under section 78B of the Indian Railways Act, 1890 as amended by Act 39 of 1961 upon the Railway

Please note that a suit will be filed against the Union of India, owning and administering the said railway for recovery of the said sum with interest and costs after service of notice under section 80,
