I. ………. wife of ......................... aged   ............................................ about years, residing at   ………. do hereby declare and revoke all my former wills and testamentary dispositions made by me and by this my last will made at ………. this day of ……….20………. devise and bequeath all my properties, including those more specifically described in the Schedule hereto, as under:

2.   On my death, my executor will spend such amounts as he may ........ deem fit for my funeral and other religious functions.
