 and after it called the "Lessor" (which expression shall, unless the context otherwise requires, including its heirs and allowed assignees) of the ONE PART

 a Company incorporated in India under the Companies Act, 1956 and with its registered office at

 and after it called the "Lessee" (which expression shall, unless the context otherwise needs, including its heirs and allowed assignees) of the OTHER PART 

 

WHEREAS

 he Lessor and Lessee had entered a lease for Industrial Plot having number …………………….

 measuring ………………………………….. and a ……………………………………Square Yards, having a building built thereon, having electricity load sanctioned of ………………….

 and with electrical/sanitary fittings with details fully stated per Annex ‘A’ annexed which referred after it as "the Property". 

WHEREAS

 this agreement is additional to the Lease Deed made on the _____________ between the same parties with same order and registered at No. Book No. and Volume No. …………………….., pages _________, in the Sub-Registrar's office at __________________________________________________, 

 

The Lessee has asked the Lessor to enlarge the Lease on same terms /conditions having increased the rent, per clause ___ of Lease Deed. 

 

NOW, HENCE, THIS ADDITIONAL LEASE DEED WITNESSETH  and the parties hereby agree a follows 

 

1.   That the lease is being enlarged for future time of three years. The other terms/conditions of the Lease Deed shall remain fully effective. 

 

2.   That the rent of enlarged period of lease, as increased by 30% to previous rent shall be Rs.__________. 

 

3.   That the Lessor and Lessee shall opt to extend the lease by three years more at an increased rent of present ent plus 30% of the present rent value. 

 

4.   That this Additional Lease Deed shall be registered in the same way as the principal Lease Deed. 

 

IN WITNESS WHERE OF,  the parties hereto have signed the agreement on the date first herein before mentioned.
